Dow Chemical recognized for corporate social responsibility programs with 2011 AMCHAM award.
The companies of Dow in Thailand represented by Mr. Vorapong Vorasuntharosoth (center), Government Affairs Leader for South East Asia/Australia/New Zealand Region, received the “2011 AMCHAM Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence Recognition (AEC)” from US Ambassador to Thailand Kristie Kenney (right) and Mr. Peter Eliot (left), AMCHAM President, for sustainable community development programs focusing on health, education, and community development, to improve health, safety and welfare of local people.
The ACE program was established to raise corporate social responsibility commitment, share best practices and provide recognition to AMCHAM member companies in Thailand who have strong commitment and dedication to community investment activities.
