Diageo Moët Hennessy (Thailand) donates 20,000 bottles of water, boats, and necessities for flood victims in Ayutthaya.
Diageo Moët Hennessy (Thailand) (DMHT) led by Ainsley Jong, Brand Assurance Director, Asia Pacific, and Thanakorn Kuptajit, Director of Regulatory and Government Affairs, formally presented 20,000 bottles of water, 11 boats, and other necessities to Chatri Yuprasert, Vice Chief Executive of Ayutthaya Provincial Administration Organisation, Arak Luesakorn, Chief Executive of Klong Noi – Song Hong Subdistrict Administration Organisation, and Sommai Je-Oh, Head of Song Hong Subdistrict.
This donation is part of DMHT’s ’Water of Life’ initiative, which began in 2006 and was established to provide clean water to communities and those in need. The water, boats, and necessities will be distributed to people in Klong Noi, Song Hong, and Sam Panieng Subdistricts, Baan Praek, Ayutthaya – who have now been affected by floods for the past two months.

The Japanese government, under its grant assistance for grassroots human security projects scheme (GGP), is providing Bt1.88 million for waste-management centres and promoting waste recycling in Samokhae sub-district in the Muang district of Phitsanulok province.
