CSR essentials training course

CSR Asia Centre, an education unit of the Asian Institute of Technology, is offering a one-day training course on corporate social responsibility (CSR) essentials, targeting companies that seek the best approaches for their CSR campaigns.

This one-day training course is an introduction to CSR. Participants will be taken through the fundamentals of CSR, examining the development of CSR specifically in the context of the Asia-Pacific region. Case studies and practical examples will be used to provide participants with an understanding of CSR basics, and introduce the first steps for organisations wanting to start looking and engaging with social and environmental issues.
The training, costing US$375 (about Bt11,600), will cover commonly used definitions and terminology, current CSR trends and issues in Asia, and seven core elements when implementing strategic CSR. Contact www.csr-asia.com/course.php
