To commemorate HSBC’s 124th year in Thailand, the bank represented by CEO Matthew Lobner (2nd left) recently donated Bt750,000 to the CCF Foundation (under the Royal Patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn) to sponsor 124 needy children in Chaiyaphum province, aiming to improve their education and personal development.
Earlier, HSBC sponsored 120 children in Sakaew province for two years in 2008-2009 and has collaborated with CCF Foundation to conduct several volunteering activities, e.g. Sponsor-meet-child site visit, lunches for kids, and children’s field trips.

Starting business without financial backup could be difficult. HSBC Thailand is thus setting to help guide potential students, to help boost the Thai economic society.

The Coca-Cola System Thailand is continuing efforts in the "rebuild" phase of its sustainable flood-relief programme, in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity Thailand.
